In addition to the schedule below, we hold a number of private group and one on one classes throughout the week. If you are interested in organising your own one on one class or private group, please contact me for more details click here

Book a yoga class
HOW TO BOOK AND PAY FOR CLASSES

How to book a class:
You can book a class below. Select the class you would like to book, then on the next page select the date from the calendar. To complete your booking you can pay for an individual class or buy a class pack of 5 or10 class credits which includes a discount or if you are a new joiner, you can take advantage of a special intro offer!
Class credits:
You can buy class credits in packs of 5 or 10 at a discounted rate. Class credits have no use by date. Once you have bought class credits, you can log into your account using the login button in the top right of the menu bar. To buy class credits click here

New joiners can buy 2 classes for £15, click here

Booking Pregnancy Yoga classes:
To book Pregnancy Yoga, you need to buy a Pregnancy Yoga class pack of 5 credits, which you can use for any Pregnancy Yoga class. You can't buy individual credits for Pregnancy Yoga.

How to join using Zoom
Our livestream classes are delivered via Zoom. You will need to have set up a free Zoom account and downloaded Zoom on your preferred device (laptop/tablet/smartphone) before you join the class.

Accessing classes though Zoom

Once you've booked and paid for a class, you'll receive an automated email with a Zoom link and password that will allow you to access the class.

Please join the class before the scheduled start time to give yourself a chance to get set up.
