Bitesize Yoga is yoga for people on the go who want to move more, breathe well and feel better no matter what you have on that day.

Bitesize Yoga consists of 15-20 minute recorded yoga sessions that you can practise whenever and wherever suits you. The sessions combine yoga, conscious breathing and self-enquiry to help you feel relaxed, focused and energised.

Practise first thing in the morning, reset between tasks or unwind before bed – you choose.
Bitesize Yoga is designed to help you create a yoga practice which is sustainable, manageable and enjoyable
When:
Starting on Monday 4 September 2023 – ongoing.
What:
You’ll receive 2 x 15-20 minute recorded yoga sessions every Monday at 6am. The sessions will be available to view for 3 weeks.
How:
You’ll receive access to a private page on my website where you can access the recordings.
Cost:
£5 per week on a rolling subscription basis, which you can cancel at any time.
Further info:
The sessions will cover a range of practices including vinyasa yoga, power yoga, strength and mobility drills, restorative yoga and breathing exercises.
Level:
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners - I’ll give plenty of modifications so that you can make it easier or more challenging.
