Start the year afresh with 14 days of yoga & self-enquiry to help you create a wellbeing practice that supports you on and off your yoga mat.

You can expect a combination of mindful movement, breathing techniques, energising & restorative practices in this fun and accessible challenge.

This challenge is for EVERYONE – even if you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat before or are a more experienced yogi. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to keep it nice and simple or to make things more challenging. 

14-day Yoga Challenge will help you:

  • Make yoga a daily habit even if you’re short on time.

  • Deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the physical postures & introduce ways that you can take your practice off your yoga mat.

  • Become more aware of the connection between your body and mind & how your yoga practice can benefit your relationship with yourself and others.

How it works:

​

  • Each morning you’ll receive:

    • a 15–20-minute recorded yoga practice for you to do in your own time that day.

    • An email with self-enquiry prompts for you to consider & explore throughout your day.

  • Support, guidance and encouragement from Sophie via a private Whatsapp Group specifically created for this Yoga Challenge.
