These classes will help you prepare your mind, body and emotions for birth and support you as you journey towards motherhood.

My online Pregnancy Yoga classes are starting up again this August!

 

The classes will help you:

·      build strength and stamina for birth

·      ease common pregnancy symptoms

·      harness the power of your breath for birth and beyond

·      teach you how to relax on command

·      develop self-trust and listen to your intuition

·      connect deeply to yourself and your baby

·      honour birth as a rite of passage
