Pregnancy is a magical and exciting time, but it can also be overwhelming and challenging.

As your doula, I can help you prepare for birth and motherhood, providing you with one-on-one support to ensure that you feel physically, emotionally and mentally prepared.

I will help you gather information so that you can make decisions that are right for you and your family and ensure that you feel prepared no matter how your birth unfolds.

I will encourage you to believe in yourself, your body and to trust your intuition, and will share tools and techniques to help you relax and bring yourself into the optimal state to encourage an easeful birth.
